New legal acts related to renewable energy sources and solar power plants on the ground
On the pages of Narodne novine, new legal acts related to the promotion of electricity production from renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration with the conditions for issuing an ENERGY APPROVAL have been published.
The date of publication in the Official Gazette is June 29, 2023, and the legal acts entered into force on the eighth day after the date of publication in the Official Gazette, which is July 7, 2023. year.

- Regulation on encouraging the production of electricity from renewable energy sources and high-efficiency cogeneration – defines which production facilities and under what conditions can participate in the public tender for the allocation of the market premium and the definition of the guaranteed purchase price.
