HEP ODS published new Rules on connection to the distribution network
On July 14, 2023, new Rules on connection to the distribution network
were published on the HEP.hr website
The rules are published based on:
- Article 13, paragraph 1. of the Zakon o tržištu električne energije (NN 111/21)
- with the prior consent of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency and the prior opinion of the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development
These Rules on connection to the distribution network (hereinafter: Rules) determine:
- connection procedure
- change procedure at the port
- instructions to participants in the connection procedure and changes to the connection
- issuance of connection conditions
- issuance of special conditions
- issuance of electricity approval
- preparation and content of the report on the possibility of connection to the network
- preparation and content of the elaboration of the optimal technical connection solution, which is a condition for determining special terms and conditions of connection in accordance with the regulations in the field of spatial planning and construction
- content of the preliminary opinion of the distribution system operator on the possibility of connection to the distribution power network (hereinafter: the network) and on possible options for connection
- method and conditions for procurement of goods, services and works for connection construction and creation of technical conditions in the network
- conditions for an authorized contractor of assignable works
- the procedure for resolving objections and appeals, forms of documents and contracts
- more detailed arrangement of information on the cadastre of lines
