Announcement of new FZOEU incentives for home solar power plants!
The Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund (FZOEU) has announced a new public call for co-financing the construction of home photovoltaic power plants, with applications accepted from June 6, 2025, through the Fund’s eApplication system.
🔋 Funding up to 50% of investment costs
A total of 10 million euros is available, and the Fund has announced that in case of high demand, additional funds will be provided.
✅ Who is eligible to apply?
The incentives are available to individuals who:
• Have built and commissioned the power plant during 2025, with a valid certificate of permanent operation issued by HEP ODS,
• Have their registered residence at the address of the family house,
• Are owners or co-owners of a legally constructed family house,
• Meet the other conditions prescribed by the call.
📅 Application deadline:
From June 6 until the end of 2025, or until the funds are fully utilized.
📢 Announcement of a new call for users from 2024.
The Fund has also announced an additional call in the fall, which will allow citizens who built and commissioned their solar power plant during 2024 to apply.
